The food was outstanding! The chef's entertainment was superb, but the waiter's service was ok because of the lack of experience I assume. The atmosphere is great
due to the experience with the chef's cooking however the restaurant feels like a cafeteria rather than a fine dine restaurant. The price per couple for food and drinks was 130£. We will come back.

The cooking show was fun and enjoyable, the fried potatoes being the best thing about the meal. Unfortunately despite all the seasonings mixed into the egg fried rice and vegetables they were extremely tasteless, the vegetarian main options were also very bland. The tempura starter batter was very thick and greasy, the tofu 'steak' was made with what looked like silken tofu and so had no marinated flavour at all, as well as the aubergine which was very underwhelming. If you are eating meat you may have a different experience however I'll not be returning.

The food was good but the dessert was terrible , dry chocolate cake that was clearly made fresh and shop bought , had an email saying 50percent off , once I got the bill showed the email to staff and they said it was only certain menus that were 50percent off which it didn’t say on the email and wasn’t told that , 110 pounds for very small started regular main and terrible dessert , i am not fussy with food but for 110 pounds this was ridiculous

The food itself was nice but everything else was really poor.
The restaurant was freezing with icy cold blasts every time the door opened which was a lot.
People round our table sat with outdoor coats on. Instead that table should have been taken out of service.
Then when we ordered a Samurai each we were told we wouldn't need one each there was so much we should share. Hmm well unfortunately we took the advice but It was not good at all. How can you share soup? Then when the food e.g. the sea bass, vegetables were served it was put on one of our plates and we had to awkwardly cut it and share it between plates.
We may be slim however we can still manage to eat a full dinner each.
We would have ordered more than 1 drink but the service was so slow. Many empty glasses I noticed round our table.
We had been so cold that instead of continuing our night in Glasgow we proceed to go home to defrost.

Went on Saturday night 18th January and to say it was disappointing is an understatement. Our reservation was for 6 people at 5.15pm. A waitress finally came over and we ordered some wine and beer. Then came back to take our orders, no explanation of how things worked. We were then served our starters at different intervals. At 6.45pm after no one coming near our table we called the waitress over to ask what was happening with our main meals. She told us she had no idea what was happening with the chef and did we want to order more drinks?!! I asked her to find out what was going on as 1hour and 30 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for food!!
Eventually the chef came to our table cooked some potatoes and started throwing them about for people to catch. Some people may find this entertaining and perhaps if we weren’t so hungry we would have found it humorous but to expect anyone to wait that amount of time for food is absurd! The food was fine but to be honest we were all so hungry by that point we’d have eaten a napkin. We were offered desserts as part of the set menu which were average. We then had to get up from the table and look for someone to ask for the bill at 8.30pm (3 hours 15minutes) later. The worst Saturday night out I’ve probably ever had. Will definitely not be returning!

Great experience. Foods cooked to perfection. Good for special occasions. Or if you manage to get a itison voucher it's a great deal! We've been many times and each time is as good as the last.

i mean it’s a dinner and a show so that’s the main deal here, the starters are trying to look better than they taste (since when does korean fried chicken come as a few frozen bites slathered in ketchup). The service was fantastic although did not like the final serve to be the meats (which are to a solid standard) while they slowly starve your appetite with carbs and veg. The ticket is probably worth the price here, but i prolly won’t attend again.

This restaurant is disgusting, and a lier. They will charge "open food" supplement whatever they want on the day.
On the website ,it said All food 50% off,£5 supplements for lamb. But in the end they charge £4 for open food for the duck ,and said all meat is £4 supplement. The restaurant so poor and pathetic, cannot even honour their own discount.

Cannot fault the food or the chefs, they made our dinning experience. Although we had quite a wait between our starters and mains.
Service from the waitress was poor. We felt it was rushed. Some of us were still eating our starters and she was clearing the plates. Literally took my son’s plate away whilst he was eating. Also leaning over you as you’re eating to collect the rice bowls. Felt it was a little rude. I was always taught to wait till everyone had finished before clearing a table.
We also got charge for an extra drink despite half of us not having our 3 drinks that were included. We did explain this to the waitress but were told we had to be charged.
I felt the boozy brunch would be great value if you were starting a night out but for a group with kids and drivers not so much.
You’re definitely paying for the experience.

I only experienced this on a works night out, but I wasn't that impressed. Lots of drama with flames and food flying around, but the food wasn't really all that great, and it appeared very slowly and in stages so parts of it was cold. And there was next to nothing available for our vegan colleagues... also I was recently in Japan, and none of this bore much resemblance to anything I saw there!

Quite an overstimulating restaurant. First time visiting Sapporo and unfortunately I won't be returning.
The service was very slow. We arrived for our reservation at 7:45pm and got to actually eat our main meal at 9pm.
For the food I got it was not worth the money charged and involuntary tip on top.
£44 for 2 spring rolls, prawns and shared sides (underwhelming dry "sautéed" potatoes and egg fried rice with veggies).
I did enjoy the mocktails they served though so 2 stars for that.

Food was excellent, lots of it, bit of light entertainment with the chef show/cooking.
Service was good, but had to wait almost 1hr for starters and had to remind them to bring drinks out.
Would be happy to go back again.
